“My goal is to foster an
environment of Christian values and to instill in students the fun
of learning.”
I earned a Bachelor of Science in
Elementary Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. I
hold a Lifetime Missouri Teacher Certificate for Grades K-8 and in
Social Studies for Grades 7-9. I am also certified in Religious Education
through the Archdiocese. I began teaching at OLP in 1996 as the fourth
grade homeroom, math and science teacher. I also taught the fifth
grade math
and science curriculum. I will continue these responsibilities but
as the fifth grade homeroom teacher. I will also be teaching science
to the 7th and 8th grade.
I love teaching! I love when the students are curious and engaged
in their learning. I am blessed to be part of a welcoming and supporting
community.
