2012 Baseball / Softball Registration
Boys and Girls, Grades K thru 8
Sign Ups; Now thru Feb 24, 2012
Games begin in April and go through the 2nd weekend in July

Registration Fee:
Registration and payment received before or on February 8,2012 will be $75 per player or a maximum of $120 per family. $85 per player / $130 February 9-24. All registrations must be recieved by February 24, 2012!

How to Register
1.Please download and fill out the registration form. Send it in to the school office with your payment.

2. Register online with active.com by following this link:   http://www.active.com/baseball-league/crestwood-mo/olp-spring-sports-registration-2012 

3. Register in person following the 8:30 and 11:00 masses on Sunday, Feb 5.
