Program Highlights

• Recruiting, organizing and training many OASIS volunteers, who tutor students on a weekly basis
  
  
• Providing visual perception screenings, training of volunteers, setting up and implementing vision tutoring
  
  
• Working with Special School District to obtain evaluations for our students as needed, and following up with attendance at Individual Education Plan meetings to advocate for our students
  
  
• Providing support to our teachers and parents to implement recommended accommodations and modifications.
  
  
• Providing direct services to students as needed in pull out sessions or through the “Class Within a Class” setting
  
  
• Providing enrichment programs for students who are exceptional achievers
  
  
• Providing information on community resources to parents
